Payment Terms

- Payment due at beginning of billing cycle
- Prices listed in USD unless otherwise agreed
- Failure to pay may pause or terminate services
Service Commitment
- Month-to-month plans
- No long-term contracts
- Either party may cancel before the next billing cycle
- Onboarding usually begins within 48 hours
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide required account access
- Approve content promptly
- Supply requested brand assets
- Communicate goals clearly
Results Disclaimer
VyralMedia does not guarantee specific followers, views, engagement, leads or revenue.
Intellectual Property
- Client owns finished content after full payment
- VyralMedia may showcase work unless requested otherwise
- Internal systems, templates and processes remain property of VyralMedia
Theme Page Network
Theme pages created under Pro and Max plans remain the property of VyralMedia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
VyralMedia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of revenue, business or data.
Termination
Services may be terminated for:
- Failure to pay
- Violation of these terms
- Abusive behaviour
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
